Encaustic on cradled birch panel 10 x 10 in / 25.4 x 25.4 cm.  Being origonslly from Ireland and having acces to the ocean is something I never took for granted.  However I am drawn to all water, oceans and seas and lakes.  The colour scheme here is may have begun with the colours of the ocean, but it then became wher the colours collide and being abstract for me it is the feeling of a body of water ebbing and flowing perhaps in a far away warm climate.  fee free to see what you see.
